romney, santorum and gingrich. and as that one voter whose comments you just played talked about the whole electability issue, many voters factor that in because they want a strong candidate to challenge the president for republican voters. santorum is calling the romney argument math class talking about delegates and the way things are done this time as compared to past cycles where it would have been a winner-take-all scenario. this picking up of delegate by delegate has made it more complicated for everyone's math. winning states would normally get you there quickly and santorum has the position that it is likely none of the top candidates will have the 1144 needed right away. so he's going to try to put his best spin to chip away. he puts out the argument he's spending time in state after state, not just on the air with money from big groups, although his pac is putting money in louisiana that votes in a couple of weeks. that's a new ad today. he also had the governor of alabama cast a vote for him this morning
